Fellow coffee products are designed in San Francisco and made in China by the brand’s trusted manufacturing partners.
Fellow products are made using high quality materials such as stainless steel, glass and ceramic, and are 100% food-safe for everyday use. Any plastics used across the range are BPA-free, giving you a cleaner way to brew and serve.
Fellow products are tested to meet relevant food safety standards, including checks for heavy metals such as lead on consumer-facing surfaces. Some of their Carter mugs use lead solder as part of the vacuum insulation process, but this is fully enclosed, not exposed during use and poses no health risk.
Care varies by product. The lid of the Carter Carry is dishwasher safe but hand washing the body is recommended. The Carter Move Mug is hand wash only. The Atmos Vacuum Canister isn't dishwasher safe, and twisting the lid every four to five days to keep the vacuum seal is recommended.
